Tonight's Board of Education meeting will take place in the air conditioned Library 📚 at 6:00 pm.

The kindergarten class would like to extend a big THANK YOU to Mr. Thomas Martin for the visit today. Mr. Martin is Mrs. Walker's dad. He came all the way up from Porter Corners, N.Y. to present the kindergarten class with some rides for the baby chicks. Inspired by his own uncle, Ed Martin and the Altamont Fair, Mr. Martin created a ferris wheel and a carousel for the baby chicks. He taught the kindergarten about what supplies he needed including his trial and errors with motors, eventually settling on a rotisserie motor. The chicks enjoyed a day at the "fair." Then Mr. Martin read the class The Little Red Hen. Thank you Mr. Martin for your creativity and ingenuity.

The excitement is building! In just 12 short days, the Class of 2024 will graduate from ILCS. We can't wait to see what incredible futures lie ahead for each of you!
