On Wednesday, December 11th, ILCS elementary students brought the spirit of the season to Elderwood in North Creek! Following Buddy the Elf’s famous advice, “The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear,” they filled the air with joyful songs and warm holiday wishes.

Tonight's modified boys' game vs. Johnsburg/Minerva is postponed and rescheduled to a later date.

We’re excited to share a heartfelt shoutout to the amazing students who volunteered their time at this year’s gift shop! These students were incredible with the younger children, making the experience extra special for everyone involved.
We’re especially grateful for all the extra effort they put into helping us clean up—an invaluable contribution that didn’t go unnoticed. Their hard work, kindness, and teamwork truly reflect the spirit of our community.

Twenty excited students set off for Plattsburgh, where they explored history at the War of 1812 Museum, experienced the thrill of watching Wicked in stunning 3D, enjoyed a delicious meal at the SUNY Plattsburgh dining hall, and cheered enthusiastically as the Cardinals faced off against the Red Dragons on the hockey rink.
The day was packed with learning, fun, and memorable moments. Everywhere they went, the students were praised for their exceptional behavior, politeness, and etiquette—making their teachers and school community proud!
