Last week, our campers cast their lines into a fun-filled week with our "Gone Fishing" theme! Throughout the week, everyone enjoyed a variety of hands-on activities that encouraged teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving.
Campers designed and painted their own fishing lures, tested their luck with Fishing Bingo, and worked together to solve clues in an exciting Fishing-Themed Escape Room. We also made a special trip to the library, where Ms. Susan led a fascinating fossil digging activity that gave campers the chance to become young paleontologists.
To wrap up our week, we traveled to Warrensburg to visit the Fish Hatchery and the beautiful Grandmother Tree. Campers learned about fish conservation, explored nature, and enjoyed spending time outdoors while making lasting summer memories.
It was another fantastic week full of learning, laughter, adventure, and plenty of fishing fun! We can't wait to see what adventures next week will bring!
