Working Papers:

Working papers are issued at age 14, and again at age 16.  The first card is for 14-15 year olds, and the second card is for 16-17 years olds.  Once students are 18, working cards are no longer required.  Before working papers can be issued, students need to stop by the Guidance office to pick up the application form, and health form for their parent(s), and healthcare provider to fill out.  Once these two forms are returned to the Guidance office, the student will then receive their working card.
